Clean, and rather quiet (there is a railroad far away - nothing that would keep one from sleeping), friendly personnel. The only lack of sewer hookups on the one-night-spaces in front to be mentioned. My recommendation for this easy to find campground with drive up ability at night. The rate was $14.00 with Passport America membership - $28.00 without.
The good: Easy to find, drive up at night o.k., price for spaces in the back (grass) o.k. (10.00 $). The bad: office building with kind of "rednecked" look inside, awfully loud (located directly near hwy 10), driveways look the same as mentioned above (office building). No Passport America discount, though listed. Rate for drive through spaces is $16.00.
Shaded spaces with full hookups and wireless internet in some areas, beautiful wooded location. With the urgently needed cleanup of the site and the office building and with the 328 holes in the driveway towards it filled up, this could have been a nearly excellent. The way it looks now (and surely since several years) 34.00 $ is much more than it is worth.
